This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing others, and is passionate about maintaining high standards while continuing to grow within the hospitality industry.

- Lead by example, creating a positive environment where both guests and team members feel welcomed, supported, and valued.
- Coach, mentor, and develop staff, providing ongoing feedback, recognizing achievements, and creating opportunities for growth.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement, where everyone takes pride in their work.
- Complete 1–2 closing shifts per week, ensuring smooth service, robust communication,
and consistent closing standards. Act as Manager on Duty when required.
- Work closely with the Chef, Director, and Assistant Director to maintain operational excellence and a shared vision for hospitality.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management to help build a strong and engaged team.
Administrative & Operational Responsibilities
- Create and manage weekly staff schedule, balancing service needs, team development, and labour targets.
- Complete cash-outs, tip-outs, and invoicing accurately and on time.
- Maintain organized records and assist with ordering and operational follow-ups.
- Use internal management systems (Push, VT, Dext, etc.) to support efficient daily operations.
- Balance operational responsibilities with a strong presence on the floor, ensuring the guest experience always remains a priority.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or senior service position.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences.
- Someone who leads by example and takes ownership of service standards and team performance.
- A natural coach and mentor who enjoys helping others succeed and grow.
- Strong communication, organizational,
and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence in a busy, high-volume environment without compromising hospitality or attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate those around them.
- Availability for evenings and weekends.
- A desire to continue learning, developing, and growing as a hospitality leader.
