Harris Auto Group is looking for an experienced, hands-on Automotive Service Manager to join one of our dealerships in the Okanagan on an interim basis.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Service Manager who may be between opportunities, recently retired, or simply looking for a chance to demonstrate their abilities with a growing automotive group.

What We're Looking For

- Proven experience managing an automotive dealership service department.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and support a team.
- A hands-on approach — willing to jump in, write repair orders, assist customers, and support daily operations when needed.
- Solid understanding of dealership service operations, profitability, technician productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Someone who can quickly assess opportunities,



implement improvements, and deliver results.
