Join Pharmasave McCowan Drug Mart in Markham, ON, as a community pharmacist. This part-time role focuses on patient care and effective medication management on a contract basis.

We're seeking a reliable and patient-focused pharmacist to support our community from January to August 2027 for parental leave coverage. You'll work independently and as part of a collaborative pharmacy team dedicated to providing personalized care and maintaining an excellent work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safe and effective prescription dispensing
• Counsel patients on medications and health conditions
• Conduct medication reviews and offer clinical recommendations
• Assess prescriptions for potential drug therapy issues
• Communicate with healthcare professionals as needed

Requirements:
• Licensed Pharmacist with Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Robust clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable making independent clinical decisions
• Proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is an asset
