VON Canada is seeking a School Respite Nurse (LPN) to provide individualized nursing support at school and in the community. You will collaborate with the family, school staff, and other healthcare professionals to help the student feel protected, supported, and included at school and in their community.
When not at school, you will support our visiting nursing team in the community, applying pediatric-focused care and chronic disease management. Prior pediatric experience is preferred.
