Job Summary

Duties

- Supervise daily store operations, ensuring all activities run efficiently and smoothly during your shift
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training recent staff to maintain a high-performing team
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and ensure accurate bookkeeping and payroll processing
- Oversee merchandising efforts, including pricing strategies and product placement to maximize sales
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Coordinate purchasing and inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels
- Enforce store policies on safety, cleanliness, and organization while adhering to company standards

Skills





- Strong leadership skills with proven supervising or team management experience
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and monolingual settings
- Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for bookkeeping and budgeting tasks
- Skilled in negotiation, marketing strategies, and sales management techniques
- Ability to train staff effectively in customer service, sales techniques, and operational procedures
- Organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and merchandising
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts
- Experience in retail sales, cashiering, merchandising, and store management roles
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
