Join our energetic team as a Shift Leader and become the driving force behind delivering exceptional food ! In this role, you will lead daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure that every guest receives top-notch hospitality. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, uphold food safety standards, and maintain a lively, welcoming environment. Full and part time available. mainly morning shifts starting from 10am, few evening shifts available as well.

Duties

- Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift, ensuring smooth service flow and high-quality food preparation.
- Supervise and motivate team members, providing guidance on food handling, cooking techniques, and customer service excellence.
- Manage cash handling procedures and operate POS systems
- Assist with food preparation tasks, including cooking and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
- Support hiring efforts by participating in interviewing prospective team members and onboarding new staff.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and proper kitchen sanitation practices.
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.
- Lead by example in hospitality,



serving guests with enthusiasm while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management, including supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
- Background in hospitality, including customer service, serving, bartending, or barista roles preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling procedures, kitchen operations, and restaurant experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interview candidates and provide constructive feedback.
