Bonjour Bagel is looking for an experienced, professional, and highly motivated Shift Manager to join our team.

We are not simply looking for someone to fill a position. We’re looking for someone who wants to commit long-term, take responsibility, grow with the company, and move into higher management positions.

Who We're Looking For

- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafés, or food service
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is a strong asset
- Excellent English and strong communication skills
- Natural leadership and the ability to motivate a team
- Highly skilled, reliable, and organized
- Strong customer service and sales mindset
- Comfortable with upselling, cross-selling, and customer retention
- Able to multitask and make decisions independently
- Calm, efficient, and solution-oriented during busy rush periods
- Someone who takes ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do

Your Role As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for making sure your shift runs smoothly from start to finish.

Your responsibilities will include

- Leading and supporting the team during your shift
- Maintaining excellent standards of customer service
- Driving sales and encouraging upselling and cross-selling




- Organizing team members and assigning priorities
- Ensuring orders are prepared quickly and correctly
- Managing Uber Eats and delivery orders
- Supporting food and beverage preparation during rushes
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Monitoring cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Managing opening and/or closing procedures
- Restocking and ensuring the restaurant is ready for the next shift
- Training and supporting new team members
