Synectics Inc. is seeking a Litigation Assistant/Law Clerk with 3+ years of litigation experience to support litigation and mortgage enforcement matters.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with Ontario court procedures, capable of managing files from opening to completion. Responsibilities include preparing and filing pleadings, drafting correspondence, assisting with trial preparation, reviewing discovery, and coordinating with lawyers, clients, and court offices.
