As a Service Technician at ENGEL, you will leverage your 5+ years of experience in injection molding to install and maintain state-of-the-art equipment. Your role involves troubleshooting, customer training, and collaboration with diverse teams. You will perform necessary repairs, facilitate software installations, and ensure optimal machine performance through your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and robots
• Conduct safety checks and equipment inspections




• Educate customers on equipment operation
• Manage customer issue resolution and parts orders
• Provide technical documentation to the Service Manager

Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred
• 5+ years in injection molding service or troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid Passport and driver's license
