Sage GroupHealthCare Staffing is seeking Psychiatric Registered Nurses for multiple travel /contract positions in Dover, DE. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Location: Dover, Delaware

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full time, Travel, Contract, Temporary

Contract Length: 16 weeks - Accepting Local and Travel Candidates

Pay Rate: Range $2160 Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I; stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Shift Timings: 12 hour shifts, Nights, 7p-7:30a

Schedule: 36 hours/week, 12 hour shifts, 3 shifts per week including every other weekend and holidays rotation

Position Requirements

2+years of Recent/Current Inpatient Acute Psychiatric Nursing experience

Comfortableand willing to work with adolescents, adults patient population

Float to Adult and Adolescent units

Must have experience with Paper charting

Education, License and Certification Requirements

ASN or an equivalent – Required

BSN or an equivalent – Highlypreferred





RN License for the state or compact if applicable - Required

HWC Certification - Preferred

BLS Certification from AHA- Required

Job Description

Provide all aspects ofPsychiatric Nursing care for patients in assigned psych units.

Provide care for inpatient adult and adolescent units

Provide and coordinate care byassessing patients’ physical and behavioral health needs.

Develop and implement nursingcare plans.

Responsible forassessment, diagnosis, planning andestablishing outcomes, implementation, and evaluation.

Accurately and promptlyimplements physicians’ orders.

Prepares, administers, andrecords medications in accordance with the policy regarding theadministration of medications.

Records information concisely,accurately and completely.

Participates in multidisciplinarytreatment planning and revises plan of care based on assessment.
