Join CHEO in Ottawa as a Pediatric Respiratory Therapist, supporting complex respiratory needs for infants and youth. This role involves both onsite clinical care and home visits for optimal patient outcomes.

In this position, you will be part of the multidisciplinary team in the Ambulatory Care department. Responsibilities include providing diagnostic testing, respiratory assessments, and case management support across various settings. You'll also educate patients and caregivers, ensuring seamless care transitions and high-quality respiratory practice.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct diagnostic tests including pulmonary function and cardiopulmonary exercise testing
• Provide respiratory care in clinic, laboratory, home, and community




• Support hospital-to-home transitions through case management
• Coordinate urgent patient needs with the Respirology team
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare providers on respiratory health

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years pediatric respiratory care experience
• Member of the College of Respiratory Therapy
• BCLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and cooperative skills
• Vulnerable Sector Check required
