Registered Nurse

About the role

As a Registered Nurse at Graceland Medical Clinic & Pharmacy, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care alongside our physicians and healthcare team. You will support patient assessments, chronic disease management, care planning, and clinical procedures while helping ensure a positive patient experience.

What you'll do
Conduct patient assessments and collect clinical information
Support chronic disease management and preventative care programs
Administer treatments, injections, and clinical procedures as required
Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and health management
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals




Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records

What we're looking for
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in British Columbia
Robust clinical assessment and patient care skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience in primary care or community health is an asset
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
