This permanent, full-time position reports to the Health Services Manager and works alongside the Recreation Therapist. You'll assist in assessing and planning recreation therapy interventions, providing valuable support to individuals and groups. Working closely with the early mobility group, you will contribute meaningfully to clients' holistic functioning and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:
Support therapeutic recreation interventions for clients
Assess and develop recreation therapy plans




Implement and evaluate programs for individuals and groups
Collaborate with healthcare specialists and families
Assist with early mobility initiatives

Requirements:
Post-secondary diploma in Therapeutic Recreation
Standard First Aid and CPR certification
Experience with physically/cognitively disabled individuals
Solid communication and motivational skills
Ability to adapt to changing patient populations
