Position Summary
A Parts Professional works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.
Required Skills
A Parts Professional must possess the following:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in the automotive and/or tire industry
Robust ability to operate computer software
A valid Ontario Driver's License
Ability to work well under pressure
Duties and Responsibilities
A Parts Professional is responsible for performing the following duties:
Interacting with customers in person and over the phone
Searching catalogs and computer databases to find appropriate product solutions.
Conveying product solutions in a comprehensive but efficient manner to customers
Ensuring the proper billing and procurement for product sales
Ensuring the proper storage and inventory of product
Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory
Assisting in filling purchase orders and other related documentation
