• Lead and mentor cross-functional R&D; teams
• Translate strategic objectives into engineering roadmaps




• Guide quantum networking architecture development
• Synthesize complex outputs into scalable product frameworks
• Oversee experimental design and testing protocols

Requirements:
• PhD in Physics or related field required
• 3-5 years industrial R&D; experience in quantum tech
• Solid system architecture mindset with practical skills
• Excellent internal collaboration and leadership
• Willingness to work on-site initially in Calgary
