This full-time role requires a skilled kinesiologist to facilitate structured rehabilitation and health education. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary members and community partners to optimize patient independence and health management. Deliver intake assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and contribute to ongoing program development in our multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver rehabilitation and exercise programs for chronic health management
• Conduct intake assessments and collect health histories
• Collaborate with community partners for patient care evaluation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications and exercise recommendations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree and registration with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Current First Aid and CPR certifications
• Valid Ontario driver's license
• Strong communication and computer skills
