Step into a rewarding contract role as an ABA Instructor Therapist with Side by Side Therapy in Markham. This part time position focuses on one-on-one work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder using ABA strategies.

As an independent contractor, you will implement individualized service plans while collaborating with a Senior Therapist. Candidates must be available for a minimum of 4 hours on weeknights or weekends, ensuring timely support and communication with families. Your role will significantly impact children's developmental progress through tailored ABA sessions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute ABA sessions in clients' homes or communities
• Follow Individualized Service Plans as directed
• Document and graph client data as required




• Communicate regularly with parents and team members
• Attend all scheduled sessions on time and well-prepared

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience as an Instructor Therapist
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• College Diploma or University Degree in a related field
• Reliable transportation access
• Registered Behaviour Technician certification is a plus
