TCI is a well-established, financially independent company specializing in manufacturing, renting, and selling reliable, easy-to-use combustion technology that reduces emissions in oilfield, pipeline, and other industrial applications.

The Role

We're looking for a reliable, hardworking technician to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on position working in our shop and field environments.

Your Main Responsibilities

- Build and assemble TCI equipment destined for sale. This is where you'll spend most of your time.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and quality standards before leaving the shop
- Maintain the shop in clean, organized working condition
- Support routine servicing and maintenance of sold equipment in the field
- Support clients with troubleshooting and maintaining equipment during field operations




- Support rental operations with rig-in, rig-out, and operating rental equipment in the field when our rental team is fully booked

What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience:

- Mechanical skills – comfortable working with hand and power tools
- 1+ years working in mechanical, manufacturing, or oilfield environments
- Strong communication skills – able to work with team and clients
- Valid driver's license

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
