We are seeking a skilled and reliable Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations in our workshop. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, leadership ability, and excellent problem-solving skills to ensure effective workflow and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily shop operations and assign tasks to technicians

Provide technical guidance and support on mechanical repairs and diagnostics

Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and time standards

Review work orders, manage priorities, and coordinate workflow

Train, mentor, and support shop staff as needed

Conduct inspections and quality checks on completed jobs

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment

Communicate with management, parts staff, and customers regarding repair status





Assist with hands‑on mechanical work during busy periods or complex jobs
