Off Grid Customs builds high-end composite camper bodies for trucks and expedition vehicles. We're a growing manufacturing company with a excellent team and a busy production shop in Squamish.

We're looking for a Shop Helper to keep things clean, organized, and running smoothly.

This is an entry-level support position. You don't need special training or experience, just a good attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to help wherever needed.

The Role

You'll be helping our production team with everyday tasks, including:

- Keeping the shop clean, tidy, and organized
- Sweeping, vacuuming, and general cleanup
- Organizing tools, equipment, and materials
- Making sure workstations have the supplies they need
- Moving materials and helping technicians when needed
- Running errands and picking up parts or supplies
- Helping with deliveries, loading, and unloading
- Taking care of the little things that keep a busy shop running efficiently

It's a hands-on role with a lot of variety. You'll be moving around throughout the day and working alongside our production team.

Who We're Looking For

We're open to different backgrounds and experience levels.

Looking to start a career?

This is a great opportunity for someone entering the workforce or interested in learning a trade. You'll get exposure to our manufacturing processes, work alongside skilled technicians, and have a clear opportunity to move into a production role.

Experienced and looking for a change of pace?

Maybe you've spent years working in construction, trades, or manufacturing and are ready to step away from the more demanding work. We'd love to have someone with practical experience who enjoys staying active, working with their hands,

and being part of a good team. No pressure to move up or take on more responsibility — just steady work, good people, and a positive shop environment.

What matters most

- Reliable and shows up on time
- Positive attitude and easy to work with
- Takes initiative and stays busy
- Comfortable with physical work
- Organized and willing to help wherever needed
- Valid driver's licence preferred for occasional errands
