Martech Electrical Systems Ltd. is looking for a dependable and motivated Shop Labourer to join our Cranbrook operations. This is a hands‑on role that plays an important part in keeping our crews productive and our shop running smoothly.

If you like staying active, working with your hands, and taking pride in keeping things organized and running right, this could be a great fit. You’ll split your time between the shop, the yard, and deliveries—no two days are exactly the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Deliver electrical materials, tools, and equipment to job sites
- Keep the shop, yard, and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming materials
- Track and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Perform general landscaping and property maintenance, including grass cutting, snow removal, site cleanup, and yard organization
- Assist with inventory counts and preparing materials for upcoming jobs
- Keep company vehicles clean and report any maintenance issues
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and well‑organized work workplace
- Follow all Martech safety policies and procedures
- Support shop and operations staff with other tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials
- Reliable, punctual, and takes initiative
- Comfortable working independently and following direction
- Previous shop, warehouse, or construction experience is an asset—but not required
- Forklift experience and a valid certification is an asset
- Safety tickets (First Aid, WHMIS, CSTS) are an asset
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
