Responsibilities

- Coordinating sidewalk winter maintenance for 2 crews in central Mississauga area (Mavis & 401) with sidewalk machinery and hand shoveling/salting

- Communicate with crews and leading by example

- Team player oriented

- Help schedule crews, equipment, materials, and service calls

- Track project progress, deficiencies, work orders, and service requests

- Support snow operations and emergency service coordination during winter events

- Help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule

Requirements:

- Full time availability with flexible scheduling requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Ability to multitask and work under pressure

- Professional attitude and robust work ethic





- Valid G driver’s license and reliable transportation

- Ability to learn quickly and take initiative

- Experience in landscaping, construction, snow removal, or property maintenance is considered an asset
