The Simulation

Your mission includes advancing trauma-informed practices and evaluating the effectiveness of simulation training across various platforms, including both physical and virtual environments. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver high-quality simulation education programs
- Lead virtual training and asynchronous digital simulations




- Conduct needs assessments for clinical practice gaps
- Maintain best practices and accreditation standards
