Experience in community development or child/youth work is essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily operations and program implementations
- Conduct program audits and implement necessary amendments
- Lead special community events with local facilitators
- Ensure all site vendors meet service agreements
- Handle parent communication through newsletters and emails Requirements:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Relevant post-secondary education in social work or community development
- Experience in supervising recreational staff
- Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
