Site Assistant – Residential Framing

Impact Developers Inc. is hiring a Site Assistant with residential framing experience to support and oversee multiple active framing sites. This position is ideal for an experienced framer who understands residential construction, can identify framing issues, and is comfortable travelling between job sites throughout the day.

Duties Include:

- Complete frame checklists and framing deficiencies
- Complete items required for inspections
- Identify and repair framing errors
- Perform framing work and site corrections as required
- Check multiple residential framing sites for quality and progress
- Communicate site issues and required corrections with supervisors and framing crews
- Assist with keeping projects moving toward inspection and completion

Requirements:





- Previous residential framing experience required*
- Strong knowledge of residential wood-frame construction
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
