The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative with a background in industrial equipment, construction, or a related industry. This is a relationship-driven sales role for someone equally comfortable on a job site or in a boardroom. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who can maintain strong existing customer relationships while identifying and developing recent business opportunities.Key Responsibilities
Manage, maintain, and grow existing customer relationships.Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the territory.Build relationships with contractors, project managers, purchasing teams, and senior decision-makers.Visit customer locations, construction sites, and industrial facilities.Identify upcoming projects, expansions, and other potential sales opportunities.Prepare proposals, negotiate pricing,



and close business.Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.Stay current on market conditions, competitors, and industry developments.Qualifications
Proven outside sales experience in industrial equipment, construction, building materials, or a related industry.Robust relationship-building and business development skills.Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.Comfortable dealing with everyone from field personnel to senior executives.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing a territory independently.Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.$130,000–$150,000 total annual earnings — base salary plus commission.Car allowance/vehicle package.Employer-matching RSP.Strong opportunity for continued growth and increased earnings.The ideal candidate is a trusted industry professional who understands that successful sales are built on relationships, responsiveness, industry knowledge, and the ability to recognize prospects before they become obvious.
