Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide day‑to‑day guidance and oversight to a team of commercial brokers and/or support staff.

and foster ongoing career development.
Operational Excellence: Maintain solid documentation standards and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

Desired Skills
Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment, with leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
Active RIBO license required.
Strong understanding of commercial lines processes and client servicing best practices.
