At Blue Rock Therapeutics, you will establish a high-performing MSAT organization that bridges process development with GMP manufacturing. Your expertise will be key in advancing technology transfers, ensuring operational readiness, and strategically supporting our novel cell therapy pipeline. You will enhance process monitoring frameworks, drive continuous improvement, and evaluate automation in both GMP and non-GMP settings.
