Join Dexterra Group as a Utility Janitor and Shuttle Bus Driver in the remote camp industry. Collaborate closely with the Lodge Manager while ensuring cleanliness and order across the site during a 2-week on and off work schedule.

This role is pivotal in maintaining site standards. Utility Janitors will engage in daily cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance tasks while also managing utility issues. A successful candidate will need solid communication skills and the ability to work independently, contributing to the overall operational efficiency of the camp.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize common areas and public restrooms
• Handle garbage collection and recycling efficiently




• Perform thorough floor care including sweeping and mopping
• Transport staff as required for operational needs
• Conduct planned utility checks and troubleshoot issues

Requirements:
• Valid C license is essential
• Experience with light power tools
• Ability to work independently in busy environments
• Prior hotel or camp experience is advantageous
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs
