You will work closely with the Area Sales Manager, ensuring all sales processes are adhered to while maintaining explicit communication with realtors and homeowners. This role demands excellent people skills, strong relationship-building capabilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Follow Anthem's sales process with the Area Sales Manager
• Maintain accurate prospecting notes and customer information




• Assist with contract preparation and processing
• Communicate proactively with homeowners through various stages
• Manage MLS listings and oversee closing procedures

Requirements:
• Experience with CMS and New Star (preferred)
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics
• Rolodex of supportive realtors for project promotion
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Ability to ensure compliance for all contracts
