Join our Sogar Team as a part time Field Operator in the Caroline/Rocky Mountain House area. This role demands oil and gas experience along with flexible scheduling to support operations.

We are seeking a dedicated individual with at least 8 years of field operating experience. Responsibilities include daily rounds of Sogar-operated leases, where you will interact directly with our Field Superintendent. Experience with compressor stations, facilities, pigging lines, and project supervision is valuable, while maintaining open communication with co-workers and service companies is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct daily rounds on Sogar's leases
• Record and upload observations using a supplied laptop




• Manage urgent maintenance based on well requirements
• Collaborate with service companies and office staff
• Support additional field operators when required

Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of field operating experience
• Up-to-date industry certifications and tickets
• Own truck with insurance and operating contract
• Ability to work 8-hour scheduled days
• Willingness to cover shifts for other operators
