Northern Health in Prince George is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Cardiac and Cerebrovascular Health team. The role focuses on assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for clients with complex heart and cardiovascular conditions in clinics, home and community settings.
You will work with an interdisciplinary team, provide patient-centered education, case management and follow-up, and adhere to the BC College of Nurses and Midwives skilled standards and ethics.
