Position Summary - The Ski Instructor is responsible for providing protected, engaging, and effective ski instruction to guests of all ages and abilities, within the instructor’s level of training and certification. The position focuses on delivering quality lessons while promoting a positive, welcoming, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Pay for this position is $18.25 per hour.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

- Delivered private and group ski lessons to guests of varying ages and skill levels.
- Assisted fellow instructors with larger groups to ensure safe, effective, and engaging lessons.
- Assisted with Terrain Park maintenance and setup under the direction and supervision of Mountain Operations.
- Provided support to Mountain Operations and Ski Patrol with various duties and operational tasks as required.
- Assisted with Snow School Office operations,



including guest service and administrative tasks, as needed.
- Worked collaboratively with the Ski School and Mountain Operations teams to support daily hill operations.
- Performed additional duties and assignments as required.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience teaching and working with children as young as three years old.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and varying weather conditions.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check, as required for positions working directly with minors.
- CSIA Level 1 Ski Instructor certification or an equivalent recognized ski or snowboard instructor qualification.
