Key Responsibilities

- Perform various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery ( For those who are certfified) - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean work environment - Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans - Measure and cut materials to specific dimensions - Install and repair structures and fixtures, including roofs, floors, and walls - Operate power tools and other equipment to complete assigned tasks - Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure project deadlines are met - Adhere to project specifications and quality standards - Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools - Continuously learn and improve skills to enhance job performance Qualifications:
