Job Summary

We are a rapidly growing construction and renovation company with a strong reputation for quality work and professional service. As we continue to expand, we are looking to hire a full-time Skilled Handyman / Labourer to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for long-term growth and advancement within the company.

Duties

- General carpentry: framing, repairs, and finish work
- Drywall installation, taping, mudding, sanding
- Caulking for joints, trims, windows, and finishing details
- Baseboard and trim installation with precision
- Painting: prep, prime, and finish coats (interior and exterior)
- Install various types of flooring (laminate, vinyl, hardwood)
- Perform touch-ups and final detailing (paint, drywall compound, caulking)
- Lift and carry heavy materials and tools
- Keep a safe and clean worksite at all times
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Communicate effectively with crew and clients




- Adapt to a variety of indoor and outdoor job site conditions

Requirements

- Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on different responsibilities as needed.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to project timelines.
- Ability to lead and own the task from start to finish.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.52-$25.00 per hour
