About the Role

We are looking for a confident, experienced and passionate Skin Therapist to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional hands-on skills, particularly in facial massage, strong skincare knowledge and a natural ability to connect with clients.

You will also be highly confident in sales, comfortable recommending skincare and treatment plans, and motivated to achieve individual and team targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional facial treatments with a strong focus on massage technique and client experience.
- Conduct skin consultations and create personalised treatment and homecare plans.
- Confidently recommend and sell skincare products, treatments and packages.
- Build lasting client relationships through education, rebooking and consistent care.
- Work towards individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, cleanliness and client care.
- Collaborate with the team and participate in ongoing training and development.

Qualifications & Experience





- Professional certification or diploma in aesthetics or skin therapy.
- Ideally 2+ years of industry experience, preferably in a luxury skin clinic or medical spa.
- Exceptional facial massage skills with confident, refined technique.
- Strong sales ability, with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of skin health, skincare ingredients and professional treatments.
- Warm, professional and confident communication skills.
- Experience in buccal massage, sculpting techniques, microneedling, chemical peels or advanced skin technologies is an asset.

Schedule

We are ideally looking for someone 3–4 days per week. Saturday availability is essential.
