- Operate pickup trucks and snowplows safely during winter events
- Complete assigned routes thoroughly and reliably
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip equipment inspections
- Report equipment issues, property damage, and route concerns promptly
- Follow company safety procedures and site instructions
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Work overnight, early-morning, evening, and weekend shifts as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s licence in good standing
- Safe winter driving experience
- Previous snowplow experience is an asset
- Reliable availability during snow and ice events
- Ability to work independently in challenging weather conditions
- Strong communication, judgment, and work ethic
- Respect for company equipment and customer property
