We are seeking dedicated, experienced snow professionals who bring initiative, leadership and a great team player attitude to join our team.

Requirements:

- Professional snow removal experience – Pick-up truck with plow and salter
- Team player with a great attitude
- Full G license – Clean drivers abstract
- Flexibility/ On Call
- The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days/evenings
- Must have access to a mobile phone
- Excellent problem solving abilities
- Must be available from November 1st until March 31st.
- Transportation to and from our yard

Responsibilities

- Operate snow plow equipment to clear roads, parking lots, and walkways efficiently.
- Perform routine maintenance on plowing machinery, ensuring all tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Utilize hand and power tools for snow removal and landscape maintenance as needed.
- Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow accumulation.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize areas for snow removal and ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Assist in other construction and landscaping tasks during off-season periods.

Job Type: Seasonal Pay: $2,500.00 per month

Experience

- Snow plowing: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
- Class G Licence with a clean driver's abstract (required)
