Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated crew leaders to join our team to assist with lawn care and snd snow removal services. This role is essential for maintaining safe and accessible sidewalks and during winter weather conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape maintenance and have a valid drivers license

Duties

- Early mornings move snow with snow blowers, shovels and ice scrapers
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust snow removal strategies accordingly.
- Ensure the secure operation of equipment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate efficient snow removal operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers during snow events,



providing guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of snow removal activities and equipment usage.
- Assist with landscape maintenance tasks during off-season periods, including gardening and horticulture activities.

Requirements

- Strong team work skills
- Drivers license is mandatory for the job
- G Endorsement is an asset
- Experience in commercial snow removal is an asset
- Background in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or gardening is preferred..
- Ability to work long hours during inclement weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,360.00 per month
