What You’ll Do

As a Snow Removal Labourer, you will:

- Operate snow removal equipment such as snow blowers, snowplows, salt spreaders, and other winter maintenance equipment as required.
- Remove snow and ice from commercial sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, walkways, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and other hand tools.
- Apply salt, sand, and other de-icing materials to improve traction and maintain safe site conditions.
- Respond promptly to snow and ice events, including overnight, weekend, and holiday call-outs.
- Work safely in cold temperatures, snowstorms, and other winter weather conditions.
- Maintain communication with supervisors regarding site conditions, progress, and any concerns.
- Help ensure work is completed efficiently while preventing damage to client property.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Represent Clintar professionally while delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Qualifications We're looking for team members who are dependable, safety-conscious, and ready to respond when winter weather arrives.

- Previous snow removal experience is considered an asset but is not required.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in challenging winter weather conditions.




- Reliable transportation to report to assigned work locations.
- Available for on-call shifts from November through April, including evenings, overnight, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
