Duties

- Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, loaders, and salt spreaders with precision and safety.
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance and perform basic maintenance as needed.
- Clear snow from walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other designated areas promptly during snowfall events.
- Use hand tools and power tools for minor repairs or adjustments to equipment or outdoor fixtures.
- Maintain detailed logs of snow removal operations, including times, areas cleared, and equipment used.




- Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or equipment damage during winter operations.

Requirements

- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on snow removal machinery.
- Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions for extended periods while maintaining high safety standards.
- Prior experience with construction or outdoor maintenance projects is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions for equipment operation and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina to handle manual tasks using hand tools and power tools as required.
