Job Overview

- Role: Snow Removal (Labourer)
- Type: Seasonal
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate + standby pay
- Properties Serviced: Large-scale commercial and industrial properties
- Shift Availability: On-call 24/7, weather-dependent (including overnight and early morning shifts)

Responsibilities

- Operate specialized equipment including snowblowers, snow rators, and salt spreaders.
- Shovel snow manually from walkways, access doors, and pedestrian areas.
- Apply de-icing materials to ensure secure, clear, and accessible conditions.
- Coordinate operations with dispatch and site supervisors for efficient plan execution.

Requirements

- Weather Endurance:



Must be capable of working outside in winter weather conditions for long periods.
- Flexibility: Must be available 24/7 on short notice to respond to winter weather events.
- Safety: Strong understanding of safety protocols and situational awareness.
- Traits: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
