We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Snow Removal Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and efficient snow removal operations during winter weather conditions. This role requires an attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Snow Plow Labourer will play a crucial role in maintaining clear and accessible walkways and properties.
Duties
- Shovel all walkways
- Salt walkways with proper technique
- Ability to properly fill out logs
- Pre-inspect vehicles and equipment
- Maintain a clean work area and ensure all equipment is stored safely after use.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the safety of yourself and others while operating machinery.
Skills
- Physically fit
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions while maintaining focus on safety.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to equipment maintenance.
- Robust communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
