We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our residential snow removal team for the 2026–2027 winter season.

This position involves manually clearing snow from residential walkways, front steps, sidewalks, and entrances throughout Burlington and Oakville.

We offer a guaranteed monthly salary of $1,900, regardless of snowfall frequency, providing consistent income throughout the winter season.

This position will transition into a full-time landscaping role for the spring and summer 2027 season. We are looking for someone dependable who is interested in long-term employment with our company.

Responsibilities

- Shovel snow from residential walkways, steps, and entrances.
- Work alongside our snow removal crew to ensure properties are cleared efficiently.
- Be available for overnight, early-morning, weekend, and holiday shifts when snowfall occurs.
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Follow company safety procedures.

Requirements
- Must be reliable and available for all snow events.
- Must be physically capable of performing snow removal duties.
- Comfortable working outdoors in freezing temperatures.
- Previous snow removal or landscaping experience is an asset.
- Valid G driver’s licence preferred.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Must have reliable transportation to our Burlington yard.

Compensation & Schedule
- Guaranteed winter salary: $1,900/month
- Winter employment: December 1, 2026 – April 15, 2027.
- Hours vary depending on weather conditions.
- Must be available on short notice when snowfall occurs.
- April salary prorated based on employment dates.
- Full-time landscaping position beginning spring 2027.
