Make a difference in early childhood education with Strong Start as a Lead Instructor in the Get Ready for School™ program. Engage children aged 3 to 4 and foster their love for reading.

In this limited-term position, you'll work closely with a dedicated team to implement a research-based literacy program for preschoolers. Ideal candidates have experience in educational settings, focusing on encouraging young learners through play and structured activities. Ongoing training will enhance your skills while you help children develop essential literacy skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide coaching and support to the Instructing team
• Conduct Behaviour Evaluations for enrolled children




• Facilitate group and individual activities for children
• Maintain accurate program records and administrative tasks
• Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed

Requirements:
• Minimum one-year experience in educational settings
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to support diverse populations
• Experience supervising adults and communicating with caregivers
• Must lift approximately 25 pounds
