As a Site Lead on the Program Development & Evaluation team, you will manage a agile environment at TCHC, supporting youth in developing essential skills. Your responsibilities include supervising staff, planning engaging activities, and ensuring a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Experience in community development or child/youth work is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise daily operations and program implementations
• Conduct program audits and implement necessary amendments




• Lead special community events with local facilitators
• Ensure all site vendors meet service agreements
• Handle parent communication through newsletters and emails

Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Relevant post-secondary education in social work or community development
• Experience in supervising recreational staff
• Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
• First Aid and High 5 Training are assets
