The Salvation Army is looking for a Christmas Kettle Coordinator on a short-term contract. In this position, you'll oversee Christmas Kettle locations, including malls and grocery stores, while managing staff and volunteers. Your role will be vital in ensuring the campaign runs smoothly and meets community needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support Christmas Kettle Campaign Workers
• Ensure proper Kettle handling and staffing during shifts
• Coordinate daily operations and communicate issues with supervisors




• Visit locations and maintain positive relationships with kettle sites
• Handle scheduling and recruitment of staff and volunteers

Requirements:
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License required
• Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to lift/move 20–25 lbs. as needed
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
