This role requires a leader with at least two years of contact center experience. You will mentor Collectors, deliver training, and address complex customer complaints professionally. Additionally, you will use your strong organizational skills to manage performance, enhance team knowledge, and support growth across the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach a high-performing collections team
• Conduct one-on-one meetings to review performance
• Handle escalated customer complaints effectively
• Prepare daily productivity forecasts and detailed reports
• Identify fraudulent activities and escalate accordingly

Requirements:
• 2+ years in a leadership role in collections
• Solid knowledge of collections processes and technologies
• Proven success in motivating teams to exceed targets
• High level of accuracy with organizational skills
• Must be available for a 2PM to 10PM shift
