Robert Half is recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager for a long-term contract with a healthcare organization in Toronto, Ontario. The role oversees day-to-day payables operations and supports accurate financial processing and vendor relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead daily accounts payable activities, including invoice review, coding, approvals, and processing.

Coordinate electronic payments, cheque runs, and payment documentation.

Monitor vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies, and respond to supplier inquiries.

Review account coding and financial entries for accuracy and support internal controls and reporting standards.

Use accounting and expense-management platforms, including Concur, to manage payable workflows.

Maintain transaction records and support data validation.

Work with finance and operations teams to resolve processing issues and streamline workflows, including updates involving NetSuite or Concur.

Prepare accounts payable summaries, reconciliations, and status updates for leadership.

Compensation: $35–$40 per hour.
