We seek a commercially minded finance leader who excels in turning financial data into business insights. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will engage with senior leadership and operational teams to enhance business performance. This role prioritizes strategic thinking, financial modeling, and analysis of revenue and margins.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead annual budgeting and planning processes
Own monthly revenue and EBITDA forecasting
Develop and maintain a 13-week cash flow forecast
Partner with leaders to translate insights into initiatives
Prepare materials for senior reviews and stakeholder discussions
Requirements:
7+ years of finance and accounting experience
Robust FP&A; and commercial analysis background
CPA designation preferred
Proven skills in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Excellent communication and analytical abilities
Influence financial strategies and enhance business growth through analytical excellence.
